Maja, School of Tantra of the Heart, Formation of Psychodynamics of Relations and Body Communication, 5th meeting, 2024

The 5th formation meeting revealed to me the attitude of the victim in me. Deeply camouflaged nooks and crannies came to light. It was very healing.

Why are you doing this to me?

This is a question that the victim in us directs to life, God, the Universe, Partner, Parents, Child.

Sometimes we say it in anger, sometimes in pity, sadness, despair.

The 5th formation meeting revealed to me the attitude of the victim in me. Deeply camouflaged nooks and crannies came to light. It was very healing.

So what is the opposite of ‘a victim’? This is a person who takes matters into his own hands. Who acts, takes responsibility, changes their reality. A person that tries, shapes, changes, learns.

I wasn’t born a victim. I am a divine part of the world. I came into the world to celebrate. Enjoy every moment, every quality, weather, company, food. In openness and with pure intention!

I’ve been here for a moment and now I feel it with my whole being. Let the music play, let my movements turn into dance, let the singing flow from my lips! Complaining is a prayer for misfortune, it is a prayer of a victim, it is a begging to feel bad. The creator in me knows the laws of the universe. He prays for good and necessary things. I want people in the world to live with a smile on their faces, lightly and with joy in the heart.

The 5th meeting of the formation was a celebration for me! Joy, laughter, pleasure, journey, courage!

This is my life and I want to strengthen these qualities in myself every day.

I would like to thank everyone who participated in this celebration with me. Gaya and Mario, the supportive assistants, those who prepared delicious meals for us and the entire group of dwarves with whom I walked this two-year journey.

I’m happy where I am. I have life energy for changes and challenges. The victim in me has been noticed, and this changes my perspective. The question “Why are you doing this to me?” replaced by the sentence “Wow! What surprise does life have in store for me?”

I am open to new experiences!

Hello adventure!
