Carrying the belief that the external world determines our worth, we can believe we are unwanted, rejected, inadequate, or unworthy. Our true, natural Self is still within us; it hasn’t gone anywhere. It yearns to reveal itself at every opportunity.

The 4th meeting was a magical space for me, where I could allow myself to “throw myself into the abyss.” :):) It turned out that it required no effort. I simply allowed the energy to flow, and the entire “effort” consisted of giving it space to manifest. Without control, without shame. Who I was taught to be dissolves, to become who I truly am.

It reminded me to follow my feelings, not what others feel. To be open to the creative magic of life, to the beauty within and without. To see beauty in every situation, in what is present in the moment, even in chaos. Without a limiting definition of beauty.

What we desire to create, experience, and realize is natural, written in our hearts. When courage awakens, dependence on popular opinion disappears. All that is needed is to rely on inner wisdom.
