Julita, ‘The Death and Resurrection’, Nowa Morawa 2025

A beautiful meeting. Thinking today about what happened here at home after the workshop, it came to me again that “to be able to live life to the fullest, you have to be ready to die”. “Death and Resurrection” became an internal acceptance of life. Of life as it is at the moment. Acceptance of another person as they are at the moment. I understood that letting go of what does not serve me, what does not support me and does not feed me can simply be redirecting my attention, energy and action to what supports me and thanks to which I can act.

And what does not serve me, simply embrace with acceptance, do not fight, do not change, do not reject, simply do not focus on it, let it flow at its own pace beside me. I am in constant change, only the dynamics of this change depend on me. It is so liberating, perhaps obvious, but FOR me new – I received a treasure in the form of a feeling of what it means to live Here and now. With memories, not in the past and to live with a sense of agency, without fear and hesitation to act, for the future, but not in the future, dreams and promises. And breath, nurturing breath. I live when I breathe, breath is movement, movement is vibration, vibration is life. By nurturing breath, I nurture life. Everything else I have to work on, or it flows through me to be able to receive and give.

Thank you Modra Rzeka for this meeting.
